  • Design Lead for a large scale enterprise Internet of Things platform.  Primary responsibilities included delivering mid-high fidelity wireframes, user work flows, detailed specification documents and leading design reviews with developers, designers, and product managers in an agile software development cycle.

Sr User Experience Designer

  • Primary role was User Experience lead for BethesdaNet’s UX strategy. Responsible for collaborating with the executive team, product owners, community managers, developers, and studios to establish a holistic and consistent user experience across products and platforms for BethesdaNet. This included running design spikes, design studios, and guerrilla usability/feedback sessions. Delivered high fidelity prototypes and design documentation that were used to communicate high level goals and detailed user interaction models.

Sr User Experience Designer

  • Principal User Interface Designer for the Platform Team in direct support of “The Elder Scrolls Online” PC/MAC/PS4/XB1 Online video game. Responsible for leading and launching over 8+ large scale web projects that were responsive and mobile friendly.
  • UX Lead for all BETA initiatives to support the launch of The Elder Scrolls Online including Beta Sign Up, Account Management, Community & Marketing Website, E-Commerce Store, and The Elder Scrolls Online BETA/ LIVE Game Launcher. Worked with stakeholders and developers from project/product ideation, wireframes and specifications, to high fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • UX Lead and User Experience Designer for the ZeniMax Enterprise Customer Service Research Console, and Desktop Ticketing System. Completely overhauled the customer service tools suite during BETA to meet usability standards that service 150+ customer service agents and support over 2,000,000 customers.
  • Game UI Designer for the PS4 and XB1 console launch for multiple systems including map interactions, customer on boarding, and conversation system. Provided wireframes, high fidelity visual designs, and interactive prototypes.

User Interface Designer

  • Led UX teams supporting the Social Security Administration (SSA) Usability Center under Northrop Grumman. Led agency wide design initiatives and projects such as the User Experience Framework (UEF), Usability Center internal website, and launched the first public UEF project (i1020) to the public in 2011.
  • Design liaison for UEF projects to work with developers for technical feasibility meetings. Created high fidelity interactive prototypes, and conducted full usability testing on all applications.
  • Developer for a proof of concept User Experience Framework (UEF) Pattern Library site. (UEFFlexweb, Drupal CMS, HTML, CSS, JS)
